I'm just over switzerland/ Italy, heading down towards Kenya. Surprisingly the flight is not that full so everyone can stretch out. We must be crossing jet streams because turbulence is a bit dodgy. It's kinda surreal. I remember studying these countries all through school. I never thought I'd be in near them! Albeit 35,000ft up. Haha.
Heathrow was wild. I've never in my life seen a complex that functions on so many levels operate so smoothly. It really is an engineering feat!
Next post will start the reason for my travels- the documentary for the children of Kenya.
Ps- if you have not done so, you need to watch the 27min documentary on YouTube about the LRA in Uganda. I believe the piece is called "Stop Kony." Everyone should take some time to view it.
